This Request for Tender is being issued by the Vancouver Island Health Authority (“Island Health”) as it is seeking tenders from qualified Respondents to complete installation of cap flashing around the perimeter of the Victoria General Hospital Diagnostic and Treatment Building located at #1 Hospital Way, Victoria, British Columbia, V8S 6R5. The Project includes, but is not limited to, repair of damaged concrete as needed and installation of metal flashing systems with waterproof membrane as is consistent with Option B in the attached 4 – Cap Flashing Study. Contractor must agree to attain Ready-for-Takeover within 32 weeks after receiving notice of contract award. This date of contract award shall be the date the letter of award is sent to the bidder, and commences this identified contract time.
