This Request for Tender is being issued by the Vancouver Island Health Authority (“Island Health”) as it is seeking tenders from qualified Respondents to complete the Victoria General Hospital Parking Lot Expansion Project at 1 Hospital Way, Victoria, BC V8Z 1R7 “the Project.”). The projects aim is to expand the amount of visitor parking stalls available at Victoria General Hospital. The project’s scope of work includes, but is not limited to, tree and stump removal, grading, paving, curb and wheel stop installation, line painting, installation of parking lot lighting, landscaping, install of irrigation system, traffic control and sediment control. Construction work will be completed in phases to minimise the amount of stall closed parking at any one time. |
