Description: |
Island Health has issued this Request for Proposals for the purpose of inviting proposals from construction management firms to undertake services and construction as outlined in this RFP. This project will see the replacement of existing cast-iron sanitary drain piping throughout the D&T building at the Victoria General Hospital in Victoria, BC. The D&T building consists of three levels with a penthouse on the roof. The existing piping is original to the building and has seen failure throughout the system. The intent of this project is to systematically replace the piping while minimizing the disruption to the hospital patients and staff. This contract is to award the services of a Construction Manager who will work with Make Projects, Island Health, and AME Group to determine a phased approach to complete the work. |
