Island Health has issued this Request for Proposals for the purpose of inviting proposals from construction management firms to undertake services and construction as outlined in this RFP. The project is the tenant improvement of the 727 Fisgard St. Building, an existing 9 storey office space in Victoria, BC. The building is to serve upwards of 320 administrative Island Health Staff from various sites across the Capital Region District. The Project is a Tenant Improvement, throughout all 9 floors and the parkade, including but not limited to electrical & data upgrades, furniture disassembly, furniture moving, furniture reassembly, and the addition of office spaces and walls. The construction will occur in a phases. |
