Island Health has issued this Request for Proposals for the purpose of inviting proposals from construction management firms to undertake services and construction for the Project of repurposing and renovating the existing support and administration spaces on Level 3 of the D&T Building at the Royal Jubilee Hospital, 1952 Bay St, Victoria, BC V8R 1J8, to accommodate 2 new Hybrid OR’s and associated support functions.
