Island Health’s Facilities Design and Construction Department is seeking submissions from qualified Mechanical Contractors for inclusion on a pre-qualified contractor roster to provide mechanical contracting services at Island Health facilities. The intent of this RFPQ is to establish a list of experienced and qualified contractors capable of delivering mechanical contracting services that comply with provincial regulations, healthcare operational requirements, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes and standards. The pre-qualified list will be used for future projects of varying size and complexity, including new construction, renovations, system upgrades, maintenance activities, and emergency related work. Services may include:
This Mechanical Contractor Pre-Qualified opportunity will be issued and the list maintained by the Facilities Design & Construction department of Island Health. This opportunity is open to both new contractors as well as contractors that have experience with Island Health projects. |
