Island Health has issued this Request for Proposals for the purpose of inviting proposals from Consultant firms to undertake services and construction as outlined in this RFP for the Project as described in Project Overview. The project is located in the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital (NRGH). Island Health is soliciting services to replace Air Handling Unit (AHU) Exhaust Fan - #3 (EF#-3) and AHU Supply Fan #1 (IS-#1).

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for:

  1. Mechanical Engineering firm as Prime/Managing Consultant,
  2. Electrical Engineer,
  3. Structural Engineer.

This RFP is for a consultant team with the mechanical engineer as Prime Consultant, retaining the electrical and structural engineer.
