This Request for Tender is being issued by the Vancouver Island Health Authority (“Island Health”) as it is seeking tenders from qualified Respondents to replace the existing wood siding on the first and second floor of the Care Tower with a new, durable building‑envelope system and composite siding at the Gorge Road Hospital located at 63 Gorge Rd E , Victoria, B.C V9A 1L2. The work includes removing the deteriorated wood façade, installing updated envelope components, and adding new composite panels complete with proper flashing details. Island Health prefers a Ready-for-Takeover date of January 4th, 2027.
