This Request for Tender is being issued by the Vancouver Island Health Authority (“Island Health”) as it is seeking tenders from qualified Respondents to complete roof replacements at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital at 1200 Dufferin Crescent, Nanaimo, BC (“the Project.”). The Project includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing roofing systems including metal flashing and installation of new roofing systems including metal flashing and cladding. Island Health prefers the contractor to attain ready for take over prior to the end of November 2024.
