This Request for Tender is being issued by the Vancouver Island Health Authority (“Island Health”) as it is seeking tenders from qualified Respondents to complete the RJH Memorial Pavilion Roof Replacement at the Royal Jubilee Hospital, 1952 Bay St, Victoria BC, V8R 1J8 (“the Project.”). The Project includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing roofing systems including metal flashing and installation of new roofing systems including metal flashing and cladding. Island Health prefers a Ready-for-Takeover date of November 27, 2026.
