Description: 

The project is the construction of a new building to house a Day Care Facility for the District of Tofino on the main floor and staff accommodations for Island Health Staff on the second floor. The Day Care will be for approx. 24 children from the ages of 30 months to 5 years.  The staff accommodations will consist of 4 housing units, one will be accessible from the ground floor and three 2 bedroom units on the second floor.
